Make the dough: Mix kefir, salt, a tablespoon of olive oil and egg and add flour gradually and knead until you get a soft, non-sticky dough. Let it rest 10 minutes

Mix feta with pepper and oregano

Divide dough into 6 large pieces (or smaller if you want more bites). Flatten each one into the shape you want.

Place 1-2 tsp feta in the center, fold over and press edges well to seal (you can crimp with a fork)

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden

Place on paper towel to remove excess oil
